As the name Kiwami, the Japanese term of “Ultimate” suggests, this menu showcases everything about Sushi Ginza Onodera and our proud specialties. Highlights include our top-quality tuna presented throughout the menu, Chef’s traditional Edomae-techniques, and dishes made with the same recipe as our original and head location in Ginza, Tokyo. 

The menu includes 6 appetizer courses and 10 pieces of nigiri, followed by tamago (egg), miso soup and dessert. 
 

  • Limited seatings are available Tuesday through Sunday for dinner only 

  • Price is $450 per person not including beverage and tax. Sushi Ginza Onodera is a non-tipping establishment.  

  • Beverage pairing is available upon request. 

  • Reservations are available via Tock.

We are upgrading our $250 Lunch Omakase starting July 1st.
Reflecting the overwhelming requests, the new menu will be much more sushi focused, and will feature 15 courses of nigiri, plus a handroll, which will be served after our signature Chawanmushi. The menu will also include special nigiri courses exclusively available on this menu, such as the Wagyu Beef Nigiri

(Please let us know in advance if you do not enjoy beef or have any dietary restrictions, we are happy to accommodate.)
