As the name Kiwami, the Japanese term of “Ultimate” suggests, this menu showcases everything about Sushi Ginza Onodera and our proud specialties. Highlights include our top-quality tuna presented throughout the menu, Chef’s traditional Edomae-techniques, and dishes made with the same recipe as our original and head location in Ginza, Tokyo.
The menu includes 6 appetizer courses and 10 pieces of nigiri, followed by tamago (egg), miso soup and dessert.

Our new season-limited Summer of Japan Omakase
This menu focuses on highlighting the seasonal specialties from the beautiful Summer season in Japan.
Some examples include Bonito (Katsuo), Grilled eel (Kurikara Yaki), and Cutlass Fish(Tachiuo).

This menu features 5 appetizer courses and 9 pieces of nigiri, followed by tamago (egg), miso soup and dessert.
This menu will be offered as long as the Summer ingredients are available, we do not have a definite end date as of yet. We strongly recommend booking early.
