Collaboration Event

Onodera will be hosting

its first ever collaboration with Dassai.

Dassai President, Mr.Sakurai will attend the event and will explain the sake that will be served.

Onodera Omakase courses will be served as well. We proudly offer you our special dishes for this event with selected Tuna and  Sea urchins.

In addition, Dassai will offer special sake for this occasion, which you can taste at Onodera.​

Ginza Onodera will prepare special menu for this day

Special course menu as follows

* Steamed egg custard with Caviar & Sea Urchin

* Assorted seasonal Sashimi 

* Cooked Abalone with liver sauce & Truffle

* Grilled Black throat sea perch with Dassai Sake lee sauce, grated smoked fish egg ( Karasumi ) on top

* Wrapped Sea Urchin by Very Fatty Tuna ( Ootoro ) in Cauliflower sauce, Caviar & Soy sauce whipped cream 

* Japanese thin noodle in Red snapper fish broth mixed with Umami Dashi ( broth by seaweed. bonito flakes and dried small fish)
