Serving Edomae style traditional sushi with fish imported several times a week from the Toyosu Fish Market in Tokyo and Niigata prefecture rice tinted in red vinegars. Our group brings Japanese cuisine and culture to restaurants in New York, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Shanghai and Tokyo.
